Today is my Barkday!

Hi everypup!

Today is my birthday. Well, as far as Mom can tell. I don't remember when I was born, but she thinks it was probably around May 14, and that date was one of her good friend's birthday who passed away, so she thought it was a good tribute.

I am having a great day so far, and the best thing is Mom and I are going to agility practice! Woo hoo. She said I could have some custard on the way home!! I am so excited, 2 of my favorite things in one day. What a lucky girl!

WE have been practicing flyball really hard, as we have a big tournament in 2 weeks. I am going all by myself with Auntie. Oh no... mom can't go, but she said I could go if Auntie took me. I hope Auntie is up to the challenge. We are going all the way to Michigan. I have never been there before. I hope Auntie knows the way!!

Here are some new friends I met last weekend, too. I went with my mom to work, and we took a walk. Theys guys were strange looking!!! But, strangely, they reminded me of ... me? At least the ears, huh?


I wasn't too sure about them, but I got a little closer to see if they were pups or what! They had long ears and collars, but man, are they bizarre looking. They also didn't smell like pups.


Then, this one told me she was a G-O-A-T. Well, I am not sure what that mean, so I just looked at her funny. But, they were nice. I will probably go see them again next time.



Anyway, happy barkday to me!!

Two headed dog?

We went over to wish Tanner a happy barkday, but it looks like some sorcerer cast a spell on Joey and Tanner? What the HBO word happened? They look like they only have 2 heads now. Let's hope that Joey will remain in charge.

Maybe they are auditioning for the next Harry Potter movie?
Anway, Happy Barkday Tanner. We hope you have a good one, and can overcome this dilemma.

Work Work Work

Oh, hello pals.

My mother has forced me to get a JOB! I know you are all in shock, as I am. We go to our grandparents' store on the weekend. Usually, it is Grandmother, mother and me.

As you can see, I work in most horrible conditions with no treats, water, etc.



Well, that is the wrong photo. I did get some nutrition by having a few spoonfulls of yogurt.

You have to watch out for strange transportation.



Sometimes, I have to give a shout out to this horse to keep him in line!

I work security, you know. My job is very dangerous and I have to stay alert. I greet everyone as they come to the cash register to buy something for Grandmother. I always watch to make sure that the customers are behaving properly. I will write more of my story later. Since we only have access to the computer for a short time, Zorra wants to say something as well.

Zorra would also like to give a Happy Birthday out to Gabe. Today is his own hooman barkday! Happy Barkday, Gabe!

Today is also my barkday. I do hope that my mother is planning a gala! We are already dressed up!

Lately.......

Hi Everydoggie bloggier,

Again, we have been absent from blogging and visiting too many of our buddies blogs. Not only has Mom been busy and hasn't let us blog, but Blogger has been very unfriendly to us! We try to post, and it stalls.... we try to visit sites and the pages don't load. So, anyway.... enough of our troubles with the Internet!

As you all know, last week was Zorra's barkday. Well, Mom made a cake for her. She said that we would have a pawty after she and Sam came back from Rally class. When Mom returned she went to the cake and found this.......



Two pieces were missing. Luckily, she didn't think that Zorra and I had gotten into it early! Whew, huh. We get in trouble enough! After a little thinking, Mom came to the conclusion that Grandpa had swiped a couple pieces, not realizing it was Zorra's barkday cake! We never told him because we wouldn't want him to feel bad. We just wonder what he thought of a pup-friendly cake! BOL. You know what, he sorta liked it.

Well, we LOVED it. Mom didn't get to write on it or nothing, but we all sang Happy Barkday and wished Zorra many more. Then, we all gobbled it up. Boy, it was good. Now we know why Grandpa took some!

Today is MY BARKDAY!!

Today is my barkday and I am having a great time. For my special meal, mommi got ribs. WE eat raw food, and my favorite is ribs and turkey nexks. But, we got ribs today. They were yummmmmmy.

Tuesday schmoozeday

Hi everybody,

We are bored. Our mom has been working hard again, or going out in the evening and we have nothing to do. We don't even have any agility trials. WHAT is up with that?? WE have just been hanging around. So, we are going to wait until mommi hits the sack and then go and catch up on our buddies.

Lately, we have been discussing if Sam needs to go to the spaw for a cut. Since his last experience was not so good, mommi has been putting it off, and trimming him up herself. Well, that has to stop. His fur is getting a little too long, now. Of course, Sammie thinks it is just right....



It was our cuzin Cal's barkday today and mommi forgot to make him a cake. So, she said that she would make him one this week so he can have a big old piece of cake. He is looking forward to it, cuz he loooves cake. We will need to plan his pawty and what he's going to get for his barkday. He is now 2 years old.



Mommi has been playing on her blog again today. That makes us so mad. She likes to post photos all the time. You can go over and look at ABC Wednesday that she likes to play here.

It is really snowy and icy tonight, and I love it. IT was toooo dark for my mom to take photos, but maybe she will tomorrow! I look really pretty running around in the snow. I just love snow and cold weather!! Zorra never wants to go out in the snow and ice. Mom needs to get a photo of her in her little pink coat. BOL.

Sammy... he just barks at the snow. He's such a goofbrain.

We were way behind in our blog reading because Mom has been working that we missed Gussie's barkday. So, we made mom make him a cake. Happy Barkday Gu, even if we are late!!

I woke up today and realized that today was my BARKDAY! I am having a GREAT DAY! I got to play fighty with my mom and Zorra. I took all the toys I could away from Sam, and I have been bossing Honeycomb around all day. I am just having a blast.

My mom got me a couple of squeekie toys, which we will probalby destroy, but she doesn't care. I got to go jump on my Grandma and Grandpa and I got to see my Auntie.

BUT, do you doggies know the best thing that happened??~~~ As you can see, my mom made ME a CAKE! It was doggie - eee-licious!



This is just the best..mmmmmargahrhhmmm....



Wish you guys were all here to taste this. IT is sooo yummy...



OOPS. Mom told me not to talk with cake in my mouth because it gets everywhere! But, I love it. It is sooo good.





Here is everyone at the pawty. That is our cuzins Honeycomb and Calvin. Our Auntie Ruthie. Then, you know Sammie, Me and Zorra. We all were lovin' that cake!

My barkday has just been pawsome. Mom also said I am going to start going back to agilty. WOO HOO. It is starting out to be a pawty good year already!!!
